“What do I love to do?” asks Zoe…

“Speak to groups to encourage, equip and empower them by helping them see all that they were created to be.” Women and men are longing to learn how to draw strength from God and guidance from his Word to deal with challenges faced at every stage of life. Zoe has spoken to groups of all ages from teens to seniors. She has done weekend retreats and one day seminars for women’s groups as well as being the keynote luncheon speaker at professional and church events.

As a decade long Disciple Bible Study teacher, Zoe has provided guidance to groups on a deeper understanding of scripture and meaningful real life applications of Biblical principles. As a mission team leader for her church, she has taken groups to Africa and Haiti to experience the joy of serving and to understand the abundance of blessings we enjoy in the United States compared to the rest of the world. Teams come home empowered and motivated to give and serve more generously.

Zoe received her A.B., J.D., and LL.M.(Master of Laws in Taxation) degrees from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She practiced tax and estate planning law for over thirty years, speaking and writing on tax and estate planning topics to lay and professional groups, before moving into inspirational speaking and writing.

Zoe is the author of five inspirational books: Dream Catcher, The Power of Faith; Abundant Living; Dancing in the Rain, Finding Strength to Survive and Grace to Thrive in the Storms of Life and The Money River, Navigating Your Finances With a Compass of Faith.

She has written numerous articles which have been published in Christian magazines including Prayer Connect, The Upper Room, and Spirit Led Woman. She is a member of the Atlanta Writers Club and the Georgia Speakers Association and serves as a Board member of several charitable organizations.

Zoe was the 2008 recipient of The Greater Good Award, given to a professional in the State of Georgia who has done the most to promote charitable giving in the State and the 2011 recipient of The Emory University Unsung Heroine Award, given to an alumna who has worked to make a better world. She was the 2012 Commencement speaker for Oxford College of Emory University and the winner of the essay contest sponsored by Emory Magazine in 2011 to commemorate the 175th anniversary of Emory University’s founding. In 2016 she received the Champion for Change Award from the Women's Resource Center to End Domestic Violence.

Zoe and her husband, Charles, established a Foundation, Encouragement Unlimited, Inc., in 2006 to empower, equip, and encourage marginalized women to overcome and succeed.
